Interviews Made Easy + What to Expect from the Assessment Centre
How to thoroughly prepare for an interview? How to increase your chances of getting the job by giving the right answers and asking good questions? We will tell you all that. We will also show you one of the other methods of the selection process, which is gaining more and more popularity among companies and that is the Assessment Centre. Assessment Centre (AC) is an objective and very effective method that is increasingly used to select the most suitable candidate for a given job. It shows the employer the abilities and reactions of candidates in model situations. It is a set of individual and group tasks, sometimes seemingly unrelated to the job. Don't be fooled.

Shadowing managers
On the basis of your motivation letter, you will be given the opportunity to apply for the ‘shadowing of managers’ opportunity from the offer that we at the Career Centre will select for you. You will have the opportunity to see what a managerial position is all about for 1 to 2 days – from the morning coffee to staff meetings. This will give you an idea of what the job entails.

How to knock on the employer's door
Come and see the recruitment process. A qualified HR specialist from a selected cooperating company will show you the process and present the possibilities of cooperation with companies. They will also highlight how to make a good impression on employers along with other helpful hints and tips.

Selling it
What is the ‘know-how’ of successful sales? Attend our workshop and learn how to be a salesperson who not only knows how to talk about products but can actually sell them. Experts from the field will tell you how to do it.

Every semester we add new and new topics according to the interest of you, the students.
